Today’s the day!! Tell me who you are!! I know there are more people than those faithful few who say something each day :)

I know I’m guilty of lurking too, but I’m trying to be better!

Deeder with a mouthful.

We had a really good day today with Daddy.

Instead of making coffee Daddy this morning and having my breakfast with Deeder we all piled in the car, had McDonald’s breakfast and spent the morning/noon hours browsing through books at Borders. Daddy bought a couple photography books and Mommy got the 7th edition of Baby Bargains

I had the older version of it when I was expecting Deeder. It was the best book that I bought! So easy to use :)
It gives ratings on baby products with just the information you need to find exactly what you’re looking for.

As I’m writing this Deeder is upstairs with Daddy in the computer room looking at something, they’re super quiet. I hope Deeder didn’t fall asleep!
When I called them down for dinner Darren informed me that Deeder loves video games. I guess Darren had gotten out his XBOX and had something going and Deeder thought it was just the greatest thing ever! UH OH :P

Just because Deeder liked the game doesn’t mean he has to play it! He enjoys doing other things that are more profitable. One time I took a picture of him while he was watching a movie because I thought the way he was lounging in the chair was cute…later when I looked at the picture I couldn’t believe how vacant his eyes looked, as if someone had turned him off! Scary!

Oh hey, if you were wondering, our play date yesterday went really well. It was our first ever with a little BOY! I was a bit worried that Deeder wouldn’t be interested at all because the little guy is seven months younger. Thankfully though they hit it off right away. Oh get this, at barely eleven months this little boy was the same size as Deeder–like to the inch–and two pounds heavier. I like to say that Deeder was so busy growing teeth that he forgot to grow taller! Anyway, Deeder did a good job sharing and bringing toys out to show. At one point he shoved his new friend of the mommy’s lap and plopped down for a better view of the story being read! HAH.
They were over for an hour and a half and I totally didn’t stop talking the whole time! I’ve said it before, and it’s so true…I NEED to get out more. Starved for socialization.

I hope everyone else had a great Saturday. Deeder and I just love having time to spend with Daddy :)

Don’t forget to comment!

Just time “Hi”

You don’t have to say any more than that if you don’t want to.

Yes, please keep the sweet little guy away from the electronics a while longer; so much better for brain development.

His smile is so sweet! :)

Twice in one day? I noticed just as I pressed “Submit” that I had my old website and I didn’t want to incur Jennifer’s wrath – she’s a bit of a stickler for the details. It’s the Type A!
